Perthshire Activity Days
This local initiative, begun some years back, has given the area such a new dimension in that it has opened out a quite phenomenal range of activities one might be forgiven for thinking didn't exist here.

We arrange these days for you in conjunction with the local tourist board, allowing you to enjoy abseiling; river rafting; canyoning; skiing; hang gliding; 4x4 driving off road; falconry; hydroboarding; parachuting; canoeing; sailing; horse riding; clay pigeon shooting and lots more!

All of these can be enjoyed as full day or half-day activities and with equipment included, so you don't even have to come prepared. So tell us what you'd like to do and we'll do the rest.

Clays
Within easy reach of the hotel are some fabulous clay pigeon shooting opportunities, notably at Atholl Adventures near Pitlochry, Highland Adventure Safaris, Blue Sky Experiences and Loch Tay highland lodges.

Most of these centres offer a host of other exciting pursuits too, such as off road driving, falconry, abseiling, rafting and mountain biking.

Archery
Dunolly Adventure outdoor activity centre in Aberfeldy offers white water rafting, gorge walking, mountain biking and archery. Or enjoy the sport of Field Archery in the forest, in the quiet glen of Strathardle in Highland Perthshire near Pitlochry.
